🎹✨🎂, inspired by its keyboard-like design with fondant keys and buttons. The pink sprinkles, white flowers, and other decorations bring a festive and musical theme to life.

Vanilla Cake Recipe in Grams

Cake Base:
All-purpose flour: 300 grams
Granulated sugar: 250 grams
Unsalted butter: 200 grams (softened)
Eggs: 4 large (approximately 200 grams)
Milk: 120 milliliters (approximately 120 grams)
Baking powder: 10 grams
Vanilla extract: 5 grams

Buttercream Frosting:
Unsalted butter: 250 grams (softened)
Powdered sugar: 500 grams
Milk: 30 milliliters
Vanilla extract: 5 grams
Pink food coloring: Optional for sprinkles

Fondant Decorations:
White fondant: 200 grams (for keys and flowers)
Black fondant: 50 grams (for keys and buttons)
Additional decorations: Sprinkles and edible glitter

Instructions

1.Bake the Cake:

-Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a rectangular cake pan.

-Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.

-Sift together flour and baking powder, then fold into the wet ingredients alternately with milk until smooth.

-Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack.

2.Prepare Buttercream Frosting:

-Beat softened butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, then mix in milk and vanilla extract.

3.Shape and Decorate:

-Cover the cooled cake with a layer of buttercream frosting. Smooth it out with a spatula.

-Arrange pink sprinkles over the surface.

-Roll out fondant and shape the keys, buttons, and decorations. Place them in a keyboard pattern.

-Add white flowers, musical notes, or stars to complete the theme.
