Ingredients:

Maple Sriracha Salmon:

Mango Avocado Salsa:

1 avocado, diced ๐Ÿฅ‘

1/4 cup diced red onion ๐Ÿง…

1 tbsp lime juice ๐Ÿ‹

Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional) ๐ŸŒฟ

Salt & pepper to taste ๐Ÿง‚

Chili Mayo:

1/4 cup mayonnaise ๐Ÿถ

1-2 tsp sriracha (adjust for spice) ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ

1 tsp lime juice ๐Ÿ‹

Instructions:

Prepare the Coconut Rice: Rinse jasmine rice, then combine with coconut milk, water, and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes until the rice is tender and infused with coconut flavor. ๐Ÿš๐Ÿฅฅ
